Reservations Terms

In order to make a reservation at the Palladium Hotel, Chalkidiki, it is necessary that 30% of the total amount of your stay be prepaid via:

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners)

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a reservation is cancelled:

  • 22 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
  • 14 to 21 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
  • 13 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded.

If payment is effected by credit card, the client must ensure their validity. In case these payments are not approved for whatever reason, then the reservation will not be valid and in this case the responsibility of the cancellation rests exclusively with the client.
